Real Weigh—Telephone Coaching Program for Weight Management
This Healthy Activity is designed to help you with weight loss goals. It features personalized telephone coaching sessions that are run by a company called Ultimate Health Matters. The program breaks down healthy living into easy, manageable steps and teaches you how to realistically adopt and maintain healthier lifestyle habits.
What you need to do:
- To enroll in Real Weigh, call them at 866-630-6733 or email Lisa.Choate@UltimateHealthMatters.com.
- Complete 12 weekly classes in the Real Weigh program by September 30, 2018.
- Weekly telephone sessions with your coach are scheduled based on your requested date and time.
